THE ULTIMATE FITNESS EXPERIENCE
(12 WEEK VIDEO ANALYSIS)...$120/Session

This detailed 12 week program is designed to be the ULTIMATE FITNESS EXPERIENCE!  

I will film your form and progress throughout the course of the program.  You will receive one fully edited feedback video per week, with a highlight reel and progression comparison at the end of the program!

This program is an introduction to the training, philosophy, art form, and lifestyle of calisthenics.  We will delve into proper joint preparation, flexibility, a variety of warm ups, alignment and technique, strength and endurance training, isometrics, leverage and counterbalances, and creativity.

standard Personal training sessions...$100/session

Our first session is a 90 minute consultation and fitness assessment, and includes our first workout routines together.

The sessions to follow are typically 60 minutes.  We'll work together to create an action plan, keeping in mind your specific goals, objectives, and history, and execute that plan throughout the course of our training.

 You will receive written recaps and feedback after each and every session.

  • 2x per week..................................$95/session
  • 3x per week..................................$90/session

Semi-Private training sessions...$120/session

On a budget, or have a friend or two that you want to train with?  No problem!  Split the price of a session between you and your friend(s).

Semi-private and small group training is a great way to build closer bonds with friends and create a culture and community of hard work, accountability, and inspiration!
